1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility & Jurisdiction

• You are an individual person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties).

• You have not previously had an Account on vlp288 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of vlp288, nor an immediate family member of any such person, without our express prior written consent.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of vlp288 services — including sportsbook betting, live casino, slot games, online poker, and scratch cards — you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the vlp288 Platform. • Password Standards: Your chosen password must meet minimum security standards (at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers). vlp288 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify vlp288 customer support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and may temporarily lock your Account pending the outcome.
• Right to Refuse Registration: vlp288 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, to decline any registration application.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vlp288 is committed to maintaining a secure, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognized standards for identity verification and fraud prevention.

You may be required to submit KYC documentation at any of the following points: before your first withdrawal; when your cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds; if our fraud or compliance systems flag unusual activity on your Account; or at any other time we deem necessary in the interest of platform security.

Required KYC documents typically include:

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of the request — may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and, in cases of persistent non-compliance, termination of the Account. vlp288 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a Member's failure to complete KYC requirements in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The vlp288 Platform supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All transactions are processed through verified local payment channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga bank transfers, as well as the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and Member account tier.
• Deposits made via e-wallet are generally credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours (WIB).
• vlp288 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your Account dashboard.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 to 30 minutes for verified Accounts. Unverified Accounts or those flagged for review may experience longer processing times.
• vlp288 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance review.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• vlp288 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are borne by you.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vlp288 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Welcome Bonus: The new member welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only, one bonus per household or IP address. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of first deposit. Unused welcome bonuses will expire automatically.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement) that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements. 7 Game Rules & Fairness

8 Responsible Gaming

vlp288 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide every Member with access to a suite of self-management tools designed to help maintain healthy gaming habits. These tools are available at no charge through your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to prevent unplanned overspending. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play, helping you track time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot place bets or make deposits, though your Account and any Balance remain intact.

10 Limitation of Liability

In all cases where vlp288 is found liable for direct damages, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit vlp288's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Suspension & Termination

vlp288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole and reasonable discretion, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: collusion, match-fixing, use of prohibited software or bots, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Your Account shows signs of being used by a minor or an ineligible person.
• Your Account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Upon termination of your Account for breach, vlp288 reserves the right to void and forfeit any Balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach and permitted under applicable law. In cases of termination not related to Member fault, any confirmed Real Money Balance (net of applicable pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to you after completion of applicable KYC and fraud-prevention checks.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vlp288 holds its primary international operating license.
